At Shri Vrishbhan Nandini Sewa Trust (SVNST), we deeply value every donation and appreciate your support toward our charitable and social welfare initiatives. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued.

1. Refund Policy

All donations made to SVNST are voluntary and non-refundable. Once a donation is made, it is immediately utilized for ongoing welfare activities and community development projects.

However, in case of a duplicate payment or an erroneous transaction, donors are requested to contact us within 7 days of the transaction. Upon verification, we will initiate a refund within 7–10 working days using the original payment method.
